Job description

Need someone who has sales experience as Team leader + Graduate. CTC will be up to 5.50 LPA Max.

Responsible for coaching and developing new DODRMs during 045 days
Graduation must with excellent Communication Skills.
Follow daily , weekly rhythm as defined along with new DODRMs
Responsible ensuring success of new DODRMs in terms of their targets
Update competency score card of DODRMs and ensure they are above the benchmark competency scores
Demonstrate digital sales and customer handling to new DODRMs
Conduct Individual and Group Coaching sessions on daily and weekly basis
Ensure new DODRMs are positively engaged and motivated to deliver expected results
Ensure quality parameters are adhered
