As AI Program Manager, you will lead innovationfocused AI initiatives from ideation through validation, pilot, and scale. Working within our Innovation Hub or R&D function, you’ll coordinate multiple AI pilots and exploratory projects that could evolve into enterprise solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with the ambiguity and experimentation typical of earlystage innovation — while maintaining rigor in program governance and value tracking.

Requirements

YOU WILL

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI innovation programs across domains
• Set program vision, structure workstreams, define deliverables, and manage budgets
• Work closely with academic partners, startups, or external labs
• Evaluate and derisk AI PoCs (Proofs of Concept) through experimentation frameworks
• Align innovation efforts with corporate strategy and futurestate capabilities

• YOU NEED

  • 7+ years of projectprogram management in innovation, AI, or emerging tech
  • Prior experience in corporate innovation labs or venturebuilding environments
  • PMP, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management certifications a plus
  • Strong understanding of the AI technology landscape and upcoming trends (e.g., generative AI, responsible AI, foundation models)
