Job description

What You’ll Do as Director Key Account Management
 

  • Maximize all revenue/ profit opportunities whilst maintaining 1st class customer service, ethics, and value proposition ratios to our existing and potential customers.
  • Define, manage, and implement the strategic program of developments for all key accounts.  
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing claims customers.
  • Ensure that all existing Audatex Key Account Customers have been offered / sold all relevant products relevant to their own business, focusing on the White Box Strategy to increase product penetration.
  • Prospect, present to, and close new business from all present or discovered channel using own broad network.
  • Ensure that pre-sales activities for new solutions are positioned with all existing allocated Audatex customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, customer success, and operations to ensure alignment and drive customer value and growth.
  • Investigate Customers pain points and strategies and transform them into opportunities for sales.
  • Monitor Competitors activities, anticipate trends and developments and pro-actively initiate measures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within our key accounts:
  • Work closely with key stakeholders such as the Vice President Sales, Head of Product & Development, Operations Director and Head of New Services, Global Account Managers, always providing them with support, either directly with our customers or escalating competing resource issues internally, to ensure that we achieve our promises to customers.
  • Lead, manage and develop a team of Key Account Managers and ensure extraordinary talent development and the delivery of the most valuable contracts. 
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Outstanding first-hand knowledge of Key Account Management (in Germany) and vehicle life-cycle management/ Insurance motor claims market.
  • Solid understanding of the Accident Repair Industry including key players, latest developments & trends.
  • Understanding of the rental, lease, and in-fleet / de–fleet processes and markets
  • Understanding of digitization challenges, impacts and opportunities on the claims process.
  • Extensive and robust existing contact network in the Key Account segment and beyond.
  • 10+ years’ experience in managing and successful target hitting account portfolio and teams.
  • Target execution and P&L responsibility for a multi-million € business line.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
