About the Role:

Fuse is looking for an experienced Account Director with ticket management experience, who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast-paced agency environment. You will report to the Senior Account Director and will be the main day to day point of contact with more than one key client. The primary focus for all projects will be managing the communications, requesting and approval process and delivery of the clients tickets, events and hospitality activations across their respective match days. There may be additional need to provide on the ground support around various global major events and domestic events throughout the year. 

You will have strong communication skills, needing to communicate with a pool of global clients, and strong leadership ability, managing 3 direct reports. The successful candidate will also have good organisation skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once, and keen eye and attention to detail. You will also have excellent Microsoft excel skills and knowledge of ticketing guest management sytems would be a bonus.  

The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting on on-going projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to:  

  • Managing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives 
  • Being the day to day point of contact with more than one global client 
  • Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across projects 
  • Oversee the management and execution of global communications to be distributed to markets of each client, having final review and approval of all comms  
  • Be a point of escalation for the team to the client as required 
  • Manage and lead on all financial reconciliation across both clients 

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in marketing, specifically in managing partnerships, ticketing and hospitality 
  • Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands would be ideal 
  • Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems preferred  
  • Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills  
  • A thorough understanding and comfortable in managing financial processes with strong numeracy and analytical skills 
  • Strong reporting capability 
  • Experience in managing mid to senior level clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Experience of working with international clients would be a bonus but not essential 
  • Experience of people management and ability to motivate and manage project teams 

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site at events and some weekend work.  

This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Flexible Working
