Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $19.57 - $29.38/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Job Description

The Project Support Specialist role ensures the smooth execution of project tasks by maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating team logistics, while also supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies. The Specialist collaborates closely with Change Enablement to facilitate effective communication, monitor adoption of metrics, and help drive successful business outcomes through structured support and process improvement.


Job Duties:

  • Perform basic project support duties, including inputting and updating various spreadsheets, forms, and documents into the company’s project tracking/management systems.
  • Update team calendars, contact information, and schedules, and provide logistical support for project team meetings and r elated activities.
  • Document project-related workflows and processes, including process changes, and support change management strategies across projects and initiatives.
  • Create and distribute basic change management communications via various channels, including email and Teams, and maintain change communication repository and manage Teams channel structures.
  • Create and support meetings, including readouts for distribution, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet agent and business needs via the established feedback processes.
  • Monitor and report on adoption of metrics and performance indicators 11.
  • Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Products.
  • Ability to present qualitative and quantitative data in a professional and concise manner.
