The Serve fleet has been delighting merchants, customers, and pedestrians along the way in Los Angeles while doing commercial deliveries. We’re looking for talented individuals who will grow robotic deliveries from surprising novelty to efficient ubiquity.

Role Overview

Serve is seeking a corporate paralegal to support the legal team’s initiatives. Successful hires will contribute to a wide variety of legal, contractual, and operational matters. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented, selfmotivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with contract management and execution

  • Maintaining corporate records

  • Own entity management matters, including state and local license applications and upkeep

  • Collaborate with the Legal and Equity teams to support stock plan administration, including approval and tracking of equity awards

  • Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all key deadlines are met

  • Help coordinate legal operations across multiple functions of the company

    • Qualifications

      • 5+ years of paralegal experience, with at least two years of public company corporate governance or securities experience working in house at a public company or law firm

      • You have a Bachelors Degree and a paralegal certificate (or equivalent experience) required

        • What Makes You Standout

          • Experience with legal operations, including CLM software, is preferred

          • Willingness to take on a broad range of tasks is essential
