Job description

In this role you will provide support to a litigation law firm team, assisting them with a range of tasks including legal research, case discovery, legal writing, client liaison, court filings, legal document preparation and can handle high-volume caseloads. You will join a successful law firm in the US and be assigned cases to work on, in one of the following areas depending on your experience: First Party Practice or Personal Injury.

Qualification & Experience Requirements

« Experience working as a paralegal for a personal injury law firm 2+ years
« Knowledge in Florida law is a plus
« Fluent in advanced American English, written and oral
« Bachelor's degree in Law or/and a Juris Doctor degree
« Experience in legal research, case discovery, and legal writing
« Experience using legal software like Clio, LexisNexis, Westlaw, Casetext
« Excellent personal presentation and telephone manner

Additional Requirements

« Must be able to work night shifts (US business hours) 50 hours/week
« Must have a laptop/PC, a smartphone, and a good Internet connection
« Must wear professional formal attire to work
