Job description

Role: Dubbing Project Coordinator
Position Type: FullTime Contract (40hrsweek)
Contract Duration: 36 Months+ (possibility of Contracttohire)
Work Hours: Standard business hours aligned to local time zone
Work Schedule: 8 hoursday (MonFri)
Location: 100% Remote Mexico City, Mexico and Mumbai, India and Hyderabad, India ( will need to be hybrid 3xweek after conversion)
Focus Areas: AV dubbing coordination, vendor followup, project tracking
Tools & Systems (nice to have): AirTable, Polaris (homegrown IMS), general GSuiteM365 familiarity
Top Requirements:

Mumbai candidates: Hindi is the preferred language for candidates in India

Mexico City candidates: Portuguese is nice to have for candidates, Spanish is required

Organizationalproject management skills

Some familiarity with dubbing or postproduction workflows

Ability to give creative input on voice casting what sounds best?

Fluent English with the ability to communicate across time zones

Local language knowledge

Their daytoday responsibilities:

Not Managing others but the role is project managing the audio production

Wont be managing financial or Purchase orders, their bosses will be doing the pre work

Track everything through airtable

Do we have the casting?

Do we have the scripts?

Do we have the source video?

Make sure the videos were sent and

Tactical role, are todays tasks done?

Moving the project forward

Have the Dubbers listen to the audio and see if the person sounds right for this role
