Position Summary
We are seeking a proven marketing leader with a strong background in franchise and multi-location marketing and deep expertise in digital marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has led national-to-local marketing programs in a Director of Franchise Marketing or Franchise Marketing Manager role and has successfully partnered with both corporate brand teams and franchisees to drive growth.
In this role, you will serve as the senior strategic lead for key accounts, overseeing the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies that balance brand consistency with local market performance. You will work closely with CMOs, corporate marketing leaders, co-op boards, and franchise owners to deliver measurable results across channels.
Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 + Benefits
