About the role

We are seeking an analytical and experienced Marketing professional to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation (EMEA), you will work closely with Digital, ContentBrand, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations to create impactful content and campaigns across paid and owned channels.

What will you do?

As Regional Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to specific regions, aligning with global goals while addressing local market needs to boost brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Campaign Management (Key Focus)

  • Lead multichannel campaigns across digital, email, print, events, and social
  • Collaborate with Digital, Creative, and Content teams to localize assets and messaging
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and performance to ensure campaign success
  • Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships
  • Amplify content to build thought leadership and generate demand
    • Strategy, Brand & Collaboration

      • Develop regional plans based on market insights and aligned with global goals
      • Adapt brand messaging for local relevance and consistency
      • Partner closely with Sales and global marketing teams to drive results
      • Oversee agencies and track campaign performance to inform future planning
        • Who are you?

          • Proficient in German and English (French is a plus)
          • Proven experience in B2B and IT environments, preferably in the SaaS technology space
          • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or equivalent marketing businessrelated education and experience
          • Experience building and executing marketing campaigns across a variety of channels
          • Strong experience with multichannel campaign planning and execution, including events, email, print, and social
          • Comfortable translating highlevel ideas into actionable regional marketing plans
          • Experienced in stakeholder management, able to communicate with and influence senior leadership across departments
          • Datadriven individual with experience in utilizing insights and data to shape work that drives performance
          • Organized, able to manage multiple activities in a fastpaced environment, good communicator (in both the written and verbal form) with a desire to improve processes
          • Can Do Attitude: Highly motivated, selfstarter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment
          • Willing to travel

            • We are currently seeking a Regional Marketing Manager who is a native German speaker and fully fluent in English. This position is open to candidates based in Germany, the Netherlands, or the UK.

                  • An initial screening call with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
                  • 1st Interview with our Director of Demand Generation (30 minutes)
                  • Final Interview: A presentation to a panel of marketing executives, including our Chief Marketing Officer (30 minutes)
