As we continue to expand our impact at TimelyCare, we are seeking a resultsdriven ABM Marketing Manager to lead our AlwaysOn AccountBased Marketing campaigns across strategic education segments, focusing on identifying and engaging inmarket accounts at scale.
We are looking for a highly strategic and executionfocused ABM Marketing Manager to build, manage, and optimize fullfunnel ABM campaigns targeting Community Colleges, Private Institutions, and Public Systems. This individual will own the orchestration of campaigns across the buyer journey—from Awareness through Purchase—with a strong emphasis on accelerating pipeline and improving conversion rates in the Decision and Purchase stages.

What Youll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and implement AlwaysOn ABM programs using 6sense intent signals, internal data, and market trends to identify, engage, and convert highvalue accounts across distinct education segments.
Own fullfunnel campaign design and execution that directly influences pipeline generation and acceleration, aligning efforts with revenue goals by segment.
Develop tailored messaging and creative strategies aligned to each stage of the buyer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision, Purchase).
Leverage multichannel activation across display advertising, LinkedIn, Meta, Google PPC, direct mail, and email.
Pipeline Acceleration & Conversion Optimization
Partner with Sales to design ABM plays that expedite latestage opportunities, improve win rates, and reduce sales cycle times.
Run personalized campaigns to influence open opportunities through targeted engagement and retargeting strategies.
Project Management & Execution
Collaborate crossfunctionally with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, RevOps, and Sales to launch integrated campaigns.
Oversee campaign calendars, briefs, and asset development.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
Monitor performance metrics in 6sense and HubSpot; evaluate campaign effectiveness across key KPIs: account engagement, 6QAs, meetings held, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and closed ARR.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders; optimize campaigns in real time to improve ROI.
Performs additional tasks and projects as needed to support the evolving needs of team objectives and company goals.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM, ideally in the EdTech or SaaS space.
Direct experience with 6sense is highly preferred.
Proficient in HubSpot and familiar with using data to drive marketing decisions.
Demonstrated success running multichannel campaigns with a clear impact on pipeline and revenue.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a handson approach to execution and optimization.

The salary range for this opportunity is $80,000– $85,000 per year, depending on education and experience. This is the base pay. You will be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to the base pay, to be discussed during the interview process.
