      Role Overview

      As the Marketing Program & Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of marketing initiatives across a large, highperforming department. You’ll manage complex projects across teams, using your organisational skills to coordinate deadlines, facilitate collaboration, and ensure smooth execution.

      In addition to managing crossfunctional marketing projects, you will lead the eSkilled RTO Consultant Partner Network and Creative Team, providing direction, managing workflows, and ensuring highquality, onbrand creative outputs that support marketing objectives.

      Reporting directly to the eSkilled Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the Creative, Content, SEO, Product Marketing, Email, Social Media, Digital Ads, CRM & Analytics, Web, UX and UI teams—along with key internal stakeholders—to deliver effective campaigns and ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with strategic goals.

      Your Responsibilities

      Project Management: (73%, approximately 28 hours per week)
      Assist in project and task coordination:
      • Develop and implement project plans.
      • Work with each team manager to schedule and allocate tasks to team members a week+ in advance, ensuring critical data such as due date and work hours are filled in.
      • Track project timelines and deliverables across teams.
      • Collaborate with teams to drive projects toward completion.
      • Oversee the ticketing system, ensuring correct allocation and timeliness in actioning requests.
        • Reporting and metrics:
          • Monitor and report on projects, team productivity and KPIs, proactively raising where KPIs and due dates aren’t met.
          • Maintain uptodate reporting dashboards.
          • Provide administrative and reporting support to the HoM.
            • Webinar Coordination:
              • Schedule and coordinate webinars across various teams if PM is not available.
              • Assist in setting up and managing webinars on the GoToWebinar platform.
              • Ensure webinar schedules and communications are wellorganised and on track.
                • Administrative tasks:
                  • Organise, attend, and record minutes for meetings.
                  • Disseminate tasks or action items with relevant teams.
                  • Coordinate teambuilding activities and social events.
                  • Assist with completing marketing project tasks where time permits.
                    • Process improvement:
                      • Ensure crossfunctional collaboration and smooth project workflows.
                      • Promote integration and accountability among teams.
                        • Influencer marketing: (15%, approximately 6 hours per week)
                          • Develop and oversee the implementation and execution of the influencer marketing program, aligning it with our brands’ business goals.
                          • Design and execute campaigns to recruit and manage influencer partnerships.
                          • Continuously analyse performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
                          • Innovate and implement new strategies to enhance partner relationships and maximise revenue.
                          • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer marketing strategies into broader business initiatives.
                          • Monitor and report on the performance of the influencer program to stakeholders.
                            • eSkilled RTO Consultant Partner Network: (6%, approximately 2 hours per week)
                              • Develop and manage a schedule for promoting our consulting partners through guest blog contributions and cohosted webinars.
                              • Proactively reach out to partners to propose crosspromotion opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and promotion of these activities.
                                • Build SEO Backlinks: (6%, approximately 2 hours per week)
                                  • Develop and execute strategic backlink campaigns to improve domain authority and search engine rankings through highquality, relevant link placements.
                                  • Identify and outreach to authoritative websites, directories, and content partners to secure guest posts, resource links, and other whitehat backlink opportunities.
                                    • Lead the Creative Team:
                                      • Oversee and guide the Creative Team to deliver highquality, onbrand marketing assets.
                                      • Manage creative project timelines, resourcing, and workflow efficiency.
                                      • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
                                      • Provide feedback, mentorship, and support team development.
                                      • Approve final creative deliverables and uphold quality standards.
