Job Title: EMEA HR Advisor

Location: Remote working - France/Italy/Spain

Permanent, Full time

About the role

We are hiring for an EMEA HR Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. This is a home working position and can be based in either France, Spain or Italy.

In this role you will be responsible for the 2nd and 3rd line HR Advisory for Southern Europe (France, Spain and Italy). You will work closely with our People Services team and EMEA HR Business Partners.

As a HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in delivering proactive, high-impact people support across your region. Working closely with HR Business Partners, you’ll provide expert guidance to leaders and employees alike—helping to implement practical people solutions, ensure policy compliance, and support the smooth execution of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Provide people advisory support to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related topics including employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and other complex people topics.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners to implement people strategies and support organisational goals.
  • Partner with the People Services team to ensure seamless delivery of people services, and consistency in people processes.
  • Help manage employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management activities including performance reviews, succession planning and capability development.
  • Contribute to employee engagement efforts and initiatives.
  • Assist in investigating and resolving people relations issues, escalating complex matters as appropriate to the People Relations team.
  • Collect and analyse people data, preparing reports and insights to support decision-making and to identify trends.
  • Participate in people projects, change initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Stakeholder satisfaction (pulse surveys from line managers)
  • Accuracy and consistency in advice provided.
  • Effectiveness of partnership with People Services and People Partners
  • Successful delivery of agreed people initiatives
  • Audit readiness or participation in successful internal people audits.
  • Effective management of people processes in a timely manner.
  • Employee engagement and retention
  • Timeliness and accuracy of people reports or dashboards.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within an HR Advisor role or similar.
  • Experience dealing with Workers Unions in France.
  • Exposure to working across different countries and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an international business.
  • Fluency in English and French/Spanish/Italian.
  • Demonstratable experience working with complex Employee Relations Cases including redundancy, consultations, attendance and settlements.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation within EMEA.
  • Well-organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working in teams and companies with matrix ways of working and multi-country engagement
  • Exceptional senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
