About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist for our New Developer Sales team with a real passion for mobile games and sales to scale the growth and adoption of Flexion Group’s game growth services and solutions within the MENA market.


You will likely already have worked in the mobile games industry in the MENA region and ideally within Turkey and have very strong communications and interpersonal skills, you are customer focused, team oriented, proactive and resourceful. You have the ability to work independently to meet revenue and business objectives. You have a proven track record of closing deals in the mobile and game developer space all the way from cold call to contract signing. You’ll also be the voice of the customer to our internal teams helping to improve our services and operations strategies.


The position will be remote with some travel to London (Flexion HQ) and some industry events.


Main Responsibilities


  • You’ll be creating relationships with the top mobile game developers and publishers to help them grow their audiences and revenue using Flexion group’s services.
  • Maintain a high level of outreach via various channels in order to establish a strong sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with channel sales, marketing, product, etc. to achieve customer objectives and discover business opportunities.
  • Become a trusted advisor for your customers to grow their businesses.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Establish longterm executive level partnerships with our key customers and prospects

    • About You


      • 3+ years of experience in an B2Bsales role, ideally within the Turkish mobile games industry, preferably for an SDK based service provider or business development role with a games publisherdeveloper
      • Deep knowledge of the mobile game landscape and mobile game developer’s gotomarket and growth strategies.
      • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets when working independently and able to generate new relationships
      • Ability to deal with technical services and interact with the typical decision makers within mobile game studios and business development teams
      • Comfortable with a fast changing industry landscape
      • Business English Proficiency

        • Required Skills and Experiences


          • Proven success in delivering results and strong evidence of creating a sales pipelines preferably within the mobile industry.
          • Sales Tools knowledge: The organization uses Monday.com for its CRM; however, familiarity with other pipeline and CRM tools is also advantageous.
          • Experience with mobile SDKs and general technology expertise in the mobile sector is desirable.
          • Experienced in selling technical services, ideally within the mobile industry
          • An established network of contacts and relationships with Flexions target clientele
          • Experience in (cold) lead generation at the Csuite level
          • Confident public speaker
          • Experienced in developing partnerfocused business cases
          • Capable of delivering presentations to small and large audiences, both inperson and virtually
