Job Description:
We’re seeking a seasoned Manager, Marketing Data & AdTech who excels at the intersection of project management, marketing technology, and data. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of AdTech, knows how data flows across teams, and can confidently manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain the creative project plans. Identify and track the flow of tasks between the creative team and internal clients, including handholding the project through each phase and reporting status. Monitor intermediate and long-term deadlines and key milestones to ensure timely execution.
Responsible for asking the right questions tailored to the target audiences; working with the Manager to identify/clarify goals/objectives of creative deliverables, and approvers who will be involved in reviews. Drive and participate in kickoff and follow-up meetings.
Research outstanding questions, get content decisions, and gather missing information from creative, marketing, and merchandising groups to ensure accurate scope, requirements, and deadlines before the design team's engagement.
Work with the offshore team to drive the executions and provide support if there are any enquiries.
What You’ll Be Driving
You’ll be leading a mix of evergreen and seasonal projects:
Evergreen initiatives include long-term data products like MTA, MMM, XP, and Personalization—these are ongoing and foundational.
Seasonal projects are shorter-term but equally complex, often requiring detailed roadmaps and coordination across multiple teams. Think: integrating LinkedIn data into dashboards, or managing handoffs from Media to Measurement to AdTech, BI, and IT.
Lead all phases of a project's life cycle, including defining the business need, establishing criteria and business requirements, understanding the impact to the business, and designing and rolling out the project across marketing and data teams.
Navigate handoffs between Media, Measurement, AdTech, BI, and IT, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, build capacity, and manage timelines.
Serve as a subject matter expert and perform research and/or analysis within assigned projects or categories of business
Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects or categories to gauge business value
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, Project Management
A thorough understanding and work experience with SQL/Google Cloud Platform (GBQ), Tableau, and Python.
Strong analytical skills including demonstrated aptitude with Marketing analysis and ability to generate insight from large and complex data sets – Descriptive, Deep dive, RCA, Insights generation, Reporting, basic ML, business problem solving
Strong Domain knowledge of the Retail, CPG, and Supply chain
Strong understanding of Jira configurations: workflows, permissions, issue types, and custom fields
Good to have – GenAI competencies
Strong project management chops—you know how to keep things moving and people aligned.
Solid understanding of AdTech and how marketing data flows through an organization.
Experience working with marketing teams, data products, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work onshore/onsite, supporting EST hours.
Familiarity with MTA, MMM, and other marketing measurement tools.
Experience managing data integrations and dashboarding projects.
Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Analytical; Extensive knowledge of statistical methods and modeling
Proven success in increasing management roles, handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Ability to assimilate extensive amounts of detailed data, analyze and summarize vast amounts of information, as well as understand all of the details supporting the analysis
The annual salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
