  • Responsible for marine maintenance customers management in all aspects of account growth including sales strategy development, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, and value communications
  • Responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of the sales and service function of assigned territory
  • Responsible for growth of new accounts as well as focus on maintaining existing accounts
  • Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs
  • Interface with the marketing team to drive high value solutions leveraging the company portfolio

What Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2 years and above of working experience in relevant areas are preferred, with customer resources are preferred
  • Basic English skills are required (CET 6)
  • Customer and result Oriented
  • Good communication and Influencing skills
  • Analysis and judgment ability, learning and adaptation
  • Highly self-motivated & Team player
  • Knowledge of protecting paint technology
  • Project management ability
