As a Junior Business Systems Administrator, you will join the Business Technology team as a resource for all things Wodify. This position is responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting the broad range of systems that propel Wodify forward. Whether it’s supporting internal teams with configuring new tools and system enhancements or scheduled resource migrations to modernize and harden our systems, you will get real hands-on experience with many technologies required to power a profitable SaaS company. Those with an interest in, and looking for hands on experience with, the broader cloud software ecosystem are encouraged to apply.

A Day in the Life:
  • Application Support & Configuration - Assist users with platform-specific issues across ticketing, billing, communication, and CRM systems
  • Help Desk Support & User Administration - Provide comprehensive desktop support, troubleshoot authentication issues including MFA/password resets, and handle general user support requests
  • Equipment & Access Management - Manage equipment lifecycle including hardware replacements (laptops, security keys, peripherals), provision user accounts, and support employee onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Cloud Systems Support - Support AWS cloud server and serverless resources by conducting regular maintenance and building or maintaining observability initiatives
  • Process Improvement - Work with internal customers to understand technology requirements, audit procedures to determine inefficiencies, architect improved solution with scalability and automation in mind
  • Automation - Script solutions to problems to produce repeatable and hands off processes using Powershell and Ansible

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Previous experience in a helpdesk or IT support role is helpful but not required
  • Basic familiarity with system administration, networking, and cloud platforms is preferred, with an emphasis on scalability and adherence to best practices
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable solving problems independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with business platforms such as HubSpot, Zendesk, and Recurly is preferred
  • Basic familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus

Education & Training:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required
  • Hands-on experience, bootcamp training, or self-guided learning all welcome
  • Certifications (AWS, CompTIA, Microsoft) are a nice-to-have, not required
