What will you be doing?

  • Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Conduct virtual engagements with Primary Care Physicians
  • Build and manage relationships with HCPs through phone, video, and digital platforms
  • Demonstrate strong clinical and therapeutic knowledge to support in-depth product discussions
  • Execute strategic territory plans that drive reach, frequency, and brand impact in a virtual setting
  • Maintain daily call productivity, accurate documentation, and CRM compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional field teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and information sharing
  • Successfully complete all required product and compliance training
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities, track sales performance, and optimize territory management.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines while maintaining ethical and professional sales practices.
  • Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices.

What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of sales experience or customer service within the healthcare industry required
  • Rheumatology and launch experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
  • Strategic thinker who can develop and drive a territory business plan
