About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative with experience in cardiac remote monitoring or related digital health technologies. This role is responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, hospitals, and clinics, and promoting our cutting-edge cardiac monitoring solutions (e.g., Holter, MCT, event monitors). This individual will work in our CardioDiagnostics product line and report to the VP of Business Development.

What you’ll do:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with cardiology practices, hospitals, electrophysiologists, and clinic decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Close new accounts and grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling existing clients.

Territory Management

  • Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records in the CRM.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategy.

Clinical & Product Knowledge

  • Maintain deep understanding of cardiac monitoring technology, reimbursement policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer support.
  • Provide post-sale support and training to clients and clinical staff.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Adhere to HIPAA, FDA, and CMS regulations relevant to remote patient monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast data.

What you’ll need:

Required:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, or digital health.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a clinical sales setting.
  • Familiarity with cardiac monitoring technologies (Holter, MCT, ECG, loop recorders).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare-related field.
  • Experience working with EMR/EHR systems or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices.
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing and reimbursement for remote monitoring.

  • Remote: Colorado, Arizona, Southeast region
Additional Information
  • Full time base salary of $80,000 + uncapped commission structure. This position will include medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401K match.
