Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company

  • Lead the production of marketing projects, from the brief to the final delivery.
  • Manage schedules and approvals.
  • Monitor all ongoing projects and participate in quarterly planning.
  • Identify and resolve production issues.
  • Ensure the consistency of deliverables.
  • Ensure the quality assurance of deliverables.
  • Act as a resource person for the team and resolve day-to-day problems.
  • Provide reports on project progress and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Implement continuous improvments to our processes and workflows.
  • Any other related tasks depending on the evolution of department activities.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in project planning and coordination.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools is considered an asset.
  • You are a positive leader who can bring people together.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and can manage your time effectively.
  • You can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are a team player who encourages collaboration and has a positive influence on colleagues.
