Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support both marketing initiatives and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with structured execution, crafting content, organizing data, and helping the team run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing (60%):

  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms.
  • Draft and distribute newsletters and press releases.
  • Conduct market research and summarize findings.
  • Collect visuals from events and team activities.
  • Maintain and update website content.
  • Respond to inbound website inquiries.
  • Support video editing for marketing content.

Sales/Admin Support (40%):

  • Assist the sales team with deal pipeline progression.
  • Manage administrative tasks to support sales operations.
  • Schedule Zoom meetings and site inspections.
  • Track sales timelines and key metrics.
  • Keep the CRM system accurate and current.
  • Reference existing playbooks for sales and M&A tasks.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or sales support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written English, especially for newsletters and social posts.
  • Familiarity with Canva and CRM tools (training provided if needed).
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Good skills with video editing for social or marketing content.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Prior use of CRMs in a sales setting (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Background in market research or data analysis.
  • Familiarity with basic website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Experience editing short videos or reels for social media.
