Job description

Role

Were looking for an experienced account manager who will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will oversee and coordinate projects, collaborating with internal teams including creative, copy, and media buying.

This includes reporting directly to management, you will provide updates on project status and client feedback.

With your strong system-building skills, you will establish efficient processes to streamline project management.

Acting as a cross between an account manager and project manager, you will excel at client communication and project coordination, fostering effective collaboration between clients and internal teams.

This is a full-time role and the candidate will be expected to work within our office hours between 9am-6pm SGT, 5 days a week and adhering to Singapores public holiday schedule.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at WARP Digital, youll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring their goals are met while collaborating with our expert marketing team.

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, typically managing 4-6 accounts, depending on the scope and complexity of the projects.
    • Ensure clear and proactive communication, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and presentations to update clients on performance and align on strategy.
    • Build trust and foster long-term relationships by consistently delivering value.
  2. Project Coordination:
    • Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and media buying teams to execute high-converting campaigns.
    • Track campaign performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure KPIs are met.
    • Coordinate deliverables and manage project timelines to keep campaigns on track.
  3. Strategic Oversight:
    • Work with clients and internal teams to craft and refine strategies that drive measurable results.
    • Understand the nuances of Meta and Google advertising to effectively communicate campaign insights.
    • Advocate for your clients needs within WARP Digital, ensuring their goals remain a priority.
  4. Process Development:
    • Build and refine systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
    • Develop reporting structures that provide clear insights into campaign performance.
