WE ARE HIRING AN EVENTS MANAGER!

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be the mastermind behind our highimpact, hightouch executive events. From intimate VIP workshops to our legendary Workshopalooza, youll take the reins and bring it all to life. Your work ensures that our events run smoothly, stay on budget, and feel like magic for attendees.

This role is perfect for someone who loves logistics, lives for timelines, and knows how to manage people, pressure, and popcorn machines (kidding…unless we need one).

Supervisory Responsibilities: Event contractors as assigned to execute standalone workshops


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and elevate HTM’s standalone workshops including Unleash the Beast, Leadership, APPM, ISI, Mastermind, and Boat Days

  • Colead largescale events like LQM and Workshopalooza with the Events team

  • Collaborate on hotel contracts and venue logistics

  • Own budgets, calendars, vendors, and timelines with Jedilike precision

  • Assign, supervise, and support event contractors

  • Ensure all event contractors are vetted, approved, and invoiceready

  • Liaise with departments (IT, Ops, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution

  • Provide postevent feedback and continuous improvement recommendations

  • Take on special projects as needed from the Director of Events


    • Who You Are:
      • An experienced event planner with VIP or executivelevel logistics experience

      • A natural project manager with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines

      • Assertive (but never abrasive), with a knack for reading the room

      • Emotionally intelligent and resourceful in chaotic moments

      • Curious, techsavvy, and comfortable leading independently

      • Budgetconscious and timelineobsessed—in a good way

      • Adaptable and cool under pressure (bonus points if you’ve run events in highgrowth, highstakes environments)



        • Required Experience & Skills:
          • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)

          • 3+ years in event planning, operations, or logistics

          • Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses

          • Strong contractor management experience

          • Skilled in Microsoft Office and open to learning new event tech

          • Experience communicating with Csuite stakeholders

          • Basic AV setup knowledge is a plus


            • Physical Requirements:

              • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

              • Must be able to lift at least 15 pounds at times.

              Travel: Travel is required for LQM and Workshopalooza conference execution and standalone workshops as assigned.

              Position TypeExpected Hours of Work:

              This is a fulltime position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with supervisor. Occasional

              evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
