We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual SDR who can independently set up and manage a modern, automated lead generation and nurturing process for our SaaS platforms. This is not a typical coldcalling sales role — it’s about building the engine that brings in qualified leads through smart use of tools, data, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a complete lead generation funnel, from sourcing to nurturing, using tools like Clay, Smartlead.ai, Mailchimp, Dripify, and others.
• Set up and manage automated email sequences, workflows, and smart CRM systems.
• Use social selling strategies on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter to identify prospects.
• Implement appointment booking flows using tools like Calendly, handing leads over to the sales team at the right stage.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics to continuously optimise the funnel.
• Work autonomously and own the process endtoend – from initial tool setup to generating salesready appointments.
Requirements
• Experience in B2B SaaS lead generation with a proven track record of building or managing lead systems.
• Expertise in tools such as Clay, Smartlead.ai, Mailchimp, Dripify, Apollo.io, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable setting up processes from scratch with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with a flair for creating engaging outbound messages.
• Familiarity with calendar scheduling, CRM data management, and email automation best practices.
• Strong understanding of modern outbound prospecting tactics.
Nice to Have
• Experience with tools like Zapier, Notion, Slack, and other sales stack integrations.
• Prior work in a startup or highgrowth SaaS environment.
• Awareness of B2B buyer journeys and conversionfocused outreach.
