Job description

This is a remote position.

This company is revolutionizing dental staffing by offering ondemand access to top dental professionals. Through our temp staffing platform and MEL, our AI dental recruiter, we help practices solve hiring challenges with speed, accuracy, and transparency. As a BDR your job is to identify, engage, and convert dental practices into users of our platform andor MEL. You’ll be on the front lines of our sales motion, helping offices understand how we can save them time, reduce stress, and streamline their hiring.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads: Identify dental offices (private practices) that would benefit from Toothio or MEL. Use tools like cold calling, email, and outbound campaigns.

  • Cold outreach: Execute highvolume outreach daily (calls, emails) with a focus on setting qualified demos and educating prospects about our value.

  • Book and confirm demos: Guide prospective customers to schedule product demos with our Account Executives or MEL specialists using Calendly.

  • Understand our products: Stay sharp on how both the platform and MEL solve different pain points for dental practices.

  • CRM management: Log all activities, notes, and pipeline updates in HubSpot to maintain clean, uptodate records.

  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with Account Executives, marketing, and leadership to refine messaging, improve scripts, and hit team goals.

    • KPIs and Quotas:

      • 150 cold calls per day minimum (averaging less than 150 per day for 2 weeks will result in a performance improvement plan).
      • 25 qualified demos booked per week for the AE team.
      • 8 temp platform signups per week.
      • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, demos booked, and conversion rates.
      • Continuosly improve through coaching, feedback, and roleplay sessions.

        • Requirements
          • Experience in B2B outbound sales (dentalhealthcare a plus).
          • Strong communication and objectionhandling skills.
          • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highactivity environment.
          • Selfstarter mindset with a drive to win.

              • Salary: $1500 $1900Monthly + Commissions
              • 100% Remote from anywhere in Latam
