As our Growth Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing highimpact, datadriven product experiences that drive student success from program discovery to graduation. You’ll lead initiatives that fuel organic growth, improve conversion and retention, and increase lifetime value through crosssell and pricing experimentation. From refining referral programs to enhancing lifecycle engagement, you’ll work across the full student journey — always rooted in experimentation and a deep understanding of our users.

You’ll collaborate closely with design, engineering, data, growth marketing, and operations to learn quickly, ship quickly, and build scalable infrastructure to support longterm growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive organic growth across the student lifecycle by optimizing conversion funnels, amplifying referrals, and enhancing productled acquisition features.

  • Experiment and iterate on lifecycle engagement and reengagement strategies to reduce churn and boost activation.

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies and crosssell experiences to maximize student lifetime value across programs.

  • Partner with engineering and data to improve our growth data platform, including marketing attribution, tracking infrastructure, and experiment tooling.

  • Be the voice of the student — deeply understand user behavior and use those insights to inform roadmap and product decisions.

  • Communicate vision and priorities clearly across stakeholders, making smart tradeoffs and aligning teams toward shared growth goals.

    • This job is for you if:

      • You have 5+ years of consumer facing growth product management experience,

      • A BABS degree in a quantitative discipline: computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, operations research, engineering, economics, etc.

      • A track record of driving organic growth through product experiments and initiatives.

      • You are highly analytical (proficient in SQL & data visualizations) with strong communication skills to relay those insights

      • Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at various levels across all different team members

      • Bias to action with the ability to consider tradeoffs and make decisions amongst competing priorities

      • You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands on to get the job done

        • Bonus points if:

          • You have previous startup experience especially at B2B2C or B2C EdTechHealthcare.

          • Understanding of technical aspects of software development (ex. should be able to search through GitHub).

          • Experience working with Marketing Attribution and integratingbuilding tools to centralize data tracking.

              Compensation

              $120$180k 0.020.06% equity

              Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on jobrelated factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are marketdependent and may be modified in the future.
