Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented English Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in managing highvolume financial transactions while supporting the team during a system transition to Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, demonstrates strong communication skills, and is eager to learn and grow. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process sales commissions
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets with financial data
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support the transition and integration to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MDBC)
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
      • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (MDBC)
      • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
      • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
      • Strong communication and organizational skills
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
      • Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and challenge oneself
        • Preferred Qualifications:

          • Prior accounting experience in the real estate industry
