What is the role?

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

Manage client relationships all the way from onboarding to tax filings

Preparation of financial statements, corporate tax, and sales tax returns

Research tax issues and draft CRA letters

Identify taxplanning opportunities

Required Education and Experience

At least 23 years experience in public practice, with a good understanding of Notice to Reader Financial Statement and Corporate Tax Return preparation

University Education

Required Skills

You have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Hyperorganized

You are a multitasker and can manage multiple clients simultaneously

Other Skills and Requirements

A love for technology and the ability to learn new softwareapps quickly

An understanding of the ins and outs of how an accounting system works: Invoicing, payables, bookkeeping, tax rates, etc. (not required, but an asset)

Strong internet connection at least 6MBPS upload and 6MBPS download speeds
