KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Young Innovations is seeing an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, develop effective marketing strategies and oversee campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth efforts across multiple channels and for multiple product lines. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management experience, making collaborative datadriven decisions to optimize campaign performance. This position will be fully remote and is exempt.

  • Marketing Execution:
    • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business goals, in partnership with Product Management.
    • Lead and manage campaigns for both new and existing products, driving new customer acquisition and retargeting through a variety of mediums focused on revenue growth.
    • Leverage the use of marketing automation (HubSpot) and other digital channels, i.e. web, social; to expand reach and customer awareness and engagement.
    • Use datadriven insights to continuously optimize campaigns, adjusting based on performance metrics.
    • Work collaboratively with both agencies as well as internal creative resources to drive content creation and strategic vision for the campaign.
    • Maintain promotions, working with product management and sales to ensure smooth execution.
      • Process & Project Management:
        • Lead a datadriven digital marketing strategy, including budgets, platforms, campaigns, KPIs, timelines, reporting, and related program aspects to support the organization’s goals.
        • Present weekly campaignspecific performance updates to stakeholders, focusing on KPIs, ROI, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
        • Drive accountability with external vendors and internal teams to ensure campaign execution and performance.
        • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.
            • Qualifications

              REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

              • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
              • 37 years of experience in marketing roles, at least two years working with multiple channels and products.
              • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social, email, web)
              • Experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
              • Strong project management, organizational and analytical abilities.
              • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
                • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

                  • Experience in dental or medical industries.
                  • Familiarity with design tools (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite, etc)
                  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTMLCSS) is a plus.
                    • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

                      • Ability to Travel 10%. NOTE TO ADD OFFICE ENVIRONMENT LANGUAGE.
                        • WORKING CONDITIONS

                          • Remote work environment, with occasional travel to company events and manufacturing sites.
                            • Pay Range: $X $X.

                              The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on educationtraining, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.
