Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and customerfocused Technical Support Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our dealers and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and successful resolution of technical issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent problemsolving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is how youll be WOW:

  • As part of the Aftermarket & Service Team, you´ll be responsible of Technical Support for the Caribbean, Central America, Uruguay and Paraguay Dealers.
  • Region “Prefilter” of technical issues to solve and suggest solutions (if applicable).
  • Monitoring quality and warranty issues for the communication with HQ Region.
  • Document all dealers and customer interactions, including issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions, in a detailed and accurate manner.
  • Provide prompt and efficient technical support to dealers and customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
  • Assist in creating and updating technical support documentation, such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Setup and Organization of training within the region and maintain a skills matrix for technical specialists.
  • Implementation, auditing and follow up of Kärcher Service System (KSS) project for dealers.
  • Involvement in the developing and implementation process of new service concepts.
  • Ensuring Service Excellence introduction, progress & feedback for further development.
  • Keep his own knowledge regarding products, tools and existing standards up to date.
    • It would be WOW if you had:

      • Technical Degree In Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics and related areas andor Bachelors degree in engineering.
      • Advanced level of English and Spanish (participation in meetings and trips). Interviews will be in English.
      • Knowledge in Salesforce (preferred) and Office Intermediate
      • Proficient in troubleshooting and problemsolving technical issues.
      • Patience and empathy when dealing with inquiries and complaints.
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and express ideas clearly.
      • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
