As a Spanish Speaking End User Support Specialist, you will provide dedicated support to Spanishspeaking clients, resolving their technical issues and ensuring an optimal user experience.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver highquality support to end users in Spanish through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems associated with software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Educate and guide users on effectively using various applications and tools.
  • Document support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for the escalation of complex issues and contribute suggestions for service improvement.
  • Follow up with users to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and updates to enhance support delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
      • Prior experience in an end user support role or a customer service position is preferred.
      • Effective troubleshooting abilities with a keen attention to detail.
      • Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
      • Knowledge of support ticketing systems and remote assistance tools is an advantage.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic work environment.
