About You and This Role
Looking to start a career in tech with limited or no sales experience? Our SDR position is an ideal entry. We provide full training and mentorship, perfect for those eager to learn and thrive in a resultsoriented environment. As an SDR, you will drive new business opportunities by engaging prospects through inbound and outbound channels. Youll identify key contacts within target accounts and nurture inbound leads via email, phone, and social outreach. Your primary goal is to quickly qualify and convert these initial connections into qualified opportunities for our Sales Executives. You will directly contribute to building our sales pipeline, brand awareness, and revenue growth by sparking initial customer interest and effectively qualifying leads.
Job Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various outreach methods (phone, email, social media).
Drive new business through marketing initiatives (events, social media, sponsorships) and targeted outreach to key accounts.
Qualify leads to assess their fit with our offerings.
Maintain strong performance against monthly quotas with a focus on scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales team to drive the pipeline.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure strategic alignment and a deep understanding of your territory.
Partner closely with sales, SDRs, and marketing to continuously improve our process, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Drive continuous improvement in your processes and pipeline. This involves actively enhancing your value proposition, research, messaging, tactics, communication, and cadences.
Develop a strong understanding of our software products and SDR tech stack.
Undertake other duties as required by the evolving nature of the role.
Skill Preferences
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. The core markets will be the United States and Canada.
Proficient in both independent and collaborative work.
Drive and selfmotivation to succeed and win in this dynamic new business environment.
Ability to successfully work in a targetresultsdriven environment.
Attention to detail and maintaining accurate information in a database promptly are essential.
Excellent communication skills and to adapt to target audience personas (essential).
Although not essential, experience using several platforms to research and aggregate information on prospective prospects (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) is highly advantageous.
