Position Summary
We’re looking for a selfmotivated Sales Representative to build and manage a steady stream of qualified leads. You’ll own outbound outreach (Email, LinkedIn, cold calls), nurture warm inbound inquiries, and keep our CRM updated. While familiarity with video or creativeagency sales is a plus, what matters most is your track record of generating business for small, founderrun companies and your creativity in uncovering hardtoreach prospects. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Research and compile target lists across manufacturing, tech, construction, and other sectors.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Listkit, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to uncover decisionmakers.
• Hunt in social spaces—LinkedIn groups, industry forums, communities, XTwitter threads—to spot conversations that signal buying intent.
• Personalize cold emails, call scripts, and LinkedIn messages that convert curiosity into booked discovery calls.
Pipeline Management • Log and track every touchpoint in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Maintain clear next steps and followup cadences so no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Report weekly on outreach volume, meetings set, and stage progression.
Discovery & Qualification • Conduct initial calls to understand the prospect’s marketing goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Capture detailed notes for handoff to the founderEP and production team.
Proposal Collaboration • Coordinate with the creative team to assemble scope and pricing decks.
• Ensure proposals address stated pain points and align with Elewa’s capabilities.
• Schedule proposal walkthroughs between the prospect and our leadership team.
Market Intelligence • Monitor trends in video marketing, creative services, and AIdriven production workflows.
• Share insights that inform our positioning, outreach messaging, and service offerings.
Requirements
Core Qualifications
● 3+ years in B2B sales, SDRBDR, or agency newbusiness roles (smallbusiness or founderled environments strongly preferred).
● Proven ability to hit or exceed activity KPIs—highvolume outbound tempered by highquality personalization.
● Mastery of email sequencing, coldcalling frameworks, and LinkedIn social selling, with a knack for discovering leads in less obvious social channels (niche groups, community forums, virtual events).
● Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and AI prospectingcopilot tools to work smarter and faster.
