As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in shaping our gotomarket engine—prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and building the foundation for longterm revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a resourceful, targetoriented individual who thrives in fastpaced environments and knows how to balance volume with quality.
Initiate outbound outreach to strategic accounts via email, phone, and social platforms
Qualify leads by identifying needs, buying intent, and readiness to engage
Leverage tools like Gong, Apollo, and ChatGPT to scale and personalize your workflow
Work closely with AEs and marketing to align campaigns and iterate on outreach tactics
Track KPIs, feedback, and insights to improve conversion and lead quality
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales development or outbound prospecting
Strong prospecting skills and experience booking qualified meetings
Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and sales automation platforms
A consultative, engaging communication style with a sharp focus on outcomes
Ability to work core U.S. business hours for outreach and collaboration
