Responsibilities

• Monitor ingame chat and interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.

• Identify, address, and escalate inappropriate behavior and content promptly.
• Respond to player inquiries and provide support related to chat moderation policies.
• Document moderation actions taken and maintain accurate records for reporting.
• Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to enhance user experience and community engagement.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices.

• Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in online moderation, community management, or related roles is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • Detailoriented with a strong sense of responsibility in moderating content.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
