The Challenge
They’ve mastered their home market. Now, they need a strategic operator who knows how to:

  • Ship complex, highvalue hardware into multiple countries.
  • Navigate compliance, certification, and regulatory landscapes (think CE marking and beyond).
  • Build and manage trusted partner networks for distribution, installation, and support.
    • This isn’t a theory exercise — they have an immediate, largescale rollout to 5+ global territories and need someone who can make it happen efficiently.

      What You’ll Do

      1. Get Products Into International Markets

      • Design and implement the export strategy for technical hardware products.
      • Handle documentation, trade compliance, and product certifications.
      • Build reliable logistics and supply chain pathways to multiple countries.
      • Ensure seamless installation and remote support capabilities across regions.
        • 2. Build & Strengthen Partnerships

          • Identify, vet, and onboard local partnersdistributors in target countries.
          • Develop clear partner management processes.
          • Maintain strategic relationships with key global clients.
          • Create scalable systems for partnerled sales and support.
            • 3. Scale Operations Globally

              • Develop stock control and inventory systems for multiregion operations.
              • Establish remote service and support models.
              • Standardize quality control processes across territories.
                • Requirements

                  We’re Looking For Someone Who Has…

                  MustHaves:

                  • Proven international hardware export experience (manufacturing, industrial equipment, IoT, automation systems, etc.).
                  • Partnership development track record — has built distributorpartner networks in 3+ countries.
                  • Regulatory and compliance knowledge — familiar with international trade standards, product certifications (e.g., CE).
                    • Strong Pluses:

                      • Background with commercial building systems (HVAC, fire safety, automation, etc.).
                      • AgTech, IoT, or smart systems experience.
                      • Worked with contractorsbuilders or in constructioninfrastructure sectors.
                      • Scaleup experience — taking a company from regional to global reach.
