  • Manage and validate CAISO settlement processes and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review and validate bilateral contract settlements and assist with contract language updates.
  • Validate transactions of wholesale market products and ensure compliance.
  • Support finance and audit activities by providing accurate data and analysis.

Clean Power Alliance (CPA) is Southern California’s locally operated notforprofit default electricity provider for 38 communities within Los Angeles and Ventura counties and the 4th largest electricity provider in the State of California. We provide clean renewable energy at competitive rates to over three million residents and businesses through approximately one million customer accounts.

What You’ll Do

CPA seeks an experienced, highly organized, detailedoriented, and enthusiastic Project Manager, Settlements to provide operational, analytical, compliance, and other support to our growing team, as we advance clean energy goals in a way that adheres to the local priorities of our member agencies. The Project Manager, Settlements is responsible for reviewing and identifying discrepancies with our California Independent System Operator (CASIO) and bilateral counterparty invoices, validating transactions of wholesale market products, and performing after the fact analysis on settlements and Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) to influence resource optimization and CRR strategies.

Who You’ll Work With

The Project Manager, Settlements reports to the Senior Manager, Market Operations. You will work closely with internal teams including but not limited to the Power Supply and Finance teams.
