Job description

Location: The position is 100% remote and requires the ability to work PST hours.

Description
Impresiv Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and drive complex member experience initiatives within Health Plan Operations. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions, support operational excellence, and contribute to successful project outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Track project progress, performance, risks, and issues while ensuring visibility across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure business requirements, program objectives, and deliverables are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous process improvements and drive operational efficiency within project workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and project deliverables as needed.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience managing Health Plan projects or programs.
  • Deep understanding of Health Plan Operations and member experience initiatives.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of project and program management best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Smartsheet preferred.
  • Familiarity with CMS reporting, submissions, and audit processes preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
