Location: Fully remote position within the United States. California-based candidates are preferred.

Description:
Impresiv Health is seeking an experienced MHK MarketProminence Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support health plan clients in the configuration, optimization, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the MHK MarketProminence platform. This consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to operational, quality, compliance, and IT teams, helping organizations maximize platform capabilities while ensuring alignment with Medicaid/Medi-Cal quality initiatives, regulatory requirements, and member engagement strategies. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on MarketProminence expertise, strong managed care knowledge, and experience supporting health plans through implementation, workflow optimization, and quality improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:

  • Configure, optimize, and support MHK MarketProminence modules, including member outreach, provider engagement, quality gap closure, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Design and improve workflows that support Medi-Cal quality programs, compliance initiatives, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improved platform utilization and performance.
  • Lead or support implementation activities including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Develop training materials and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for health plan stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and collaborate with vendor support teams to ensure successful resolution.
  • Align outreach and engagement strategies with quality measures, HEDIS initiatives, Pay-for-Performance (P4P) programs, and state reporting requirements.
  • Support CalAIM initiatives, including Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports, and population segmentation workflows.
  • Provide guidance on D-SNP and dual-eligible member outreach workflows.
  • Partner with executive leadership, IT, quality, compliance, and care management teams to translate business needs into effective MarketProminence solutions.
  • Create client-facing deliverables, recommendations, status reports, and project documentation.

You Will Be Successful If:

  • You have extensive hands-on experience configuring and optimizing MHK MarketProminence.
  • You understand Medicaid and Medi-Cal managed care operations, quality programs, and regulatory requirements.
  • You can translate technical platform capabilities into practical business solutions.
  • You thrive in a consulting environment and can independently manage client priorities.
  • You are comfortable leading implementations, facilitating training sessions, and supporting post-go-live optimization efforts.
  • You have experience supporting quality improvement initiatives, member outreach programs, and compliance-focused workflows.
  • You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MHK MarketProminence, including configuration, workflow design, implementation, and end-user support.
  • Deep expertise with MarketProminence modules such as member outreach, provider gap reporting, campaign management, and quality analytics.
  • Experience working within managed care organizations, health plans, managed care entities, or healthcare consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid and Medi-Cal managed care operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge of HEDIS measures, quality gap closure strategies, and population health initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting California Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans.
  • Knowledge of CalAIM initiatives, including Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports.
  • Familiarity with D-SNP programs, Model of Care requirements, and dual-eligible member engagement workflows.
  • Prior consulting experience supporting multiple health plan clients.
  • Experience with DHCS audits, CAHPS reporting, and Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
