What Youll Be Doing to Drive Success:
  • Be the strategic architect across all gotomarket planning, processes, systems, and analytics.
  • Forge powerful collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create organizational alignment and crystalclear visibility.
  • Command the data: Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the entire leadtorevenue lifecycle, transforming conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and health metrics into actionable insights.
  • Master forecasting accuracy, coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadership.
  • Own the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning.
  • Revolutionize sales processes, from optimizing territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to boosting overall sales productivity.
  • Build the future of insights: Define impactful KPIs and construct dynamic dashboards that deliver realtime views into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution.
  • Ignite strategic conversations: Surface crucial insights and partner directly with leaders to sculpt our winning sales strategies.
  • Harmonize success by aligning compensation plans and quotasetting with our strategic financial goals, handinhand with Finance.
  • Clear the path for our customers: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to pinpoint and eliminate every friction point in the buyer journey.
  • Empower executive decisions: Provide the essential performance insights, trends, and forwardlooking projections for executive and boardlevel reporting.

  • What You Bring to the Table:
  • Were looking for a proactive, ownershipdriven professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability. If you have:

  • 3+ years of battletested experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations, ideally within a highgrowth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in ExcelGoogle Sheets and handson experience with Salesforce.
  • Must have powerful BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with a knack for modeling complex business challenges and transforming data into concrete, actionable strategies.
  • A track record of successful crossfunctional collaboration and managing highimpact projects under pressure.
  • Executivelevel communication skills that enable you to confidently influence senior stakeholders.
  • Bonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query tools!
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a definite plus.
  • If required for this role, you will: Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually there after Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information SecurityPrivacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
