The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead that is both strategic and hands-on to be the backbone of our fast-scaling sales, marketing, and customer success engine. This is a high-impact role where you will shape how data, processes, and systems drive growth across the business.
You will mentor our RevOps Analysts, build automated workflows, and create scalable reporting frameworks that provide the insights needed to accelerate revenue. Your work will directly influence decision-making at every level of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Build integrations and workflows for seamless, end-to-end funnel tracking across Sales and Marketing.
Identify and implement AI-driven tools to improve forecasting, prospecting, and campaign execution.
Design and maintain real-time dashboards to track pipeline and revenue performance.
Develop scalable reporting infrastructure to support sales strategy, marketing attribution, and customer usage analytics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and strategies.
Automate key processes to improve efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Manage the full lead lifecycle: cleansing, enrichment, CRM upload, and distribution.
Produce and distribute regular sales and marketing reports to senior leadership.
Conduct sales performance analysis (conversion rates, lost reasons, ERP performance, forecasting).
Test sales and marketing automations within Pipedrive prior to deployment.
Document SOPs in Confluence to ensure clarity and scalability.
Mentor and develop Revenue Operations Analysts based in the Philippines.
