About the job

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Business Partner to directly support the Americas West VP of Sales and the RVP of Americas Midmarket, along with their frontline managers and approximately 50 Account Executives. This role blends strategic advisory with handson operational execution, providing critical insights and reporting to optimize sales performance across Enterprise and Midmarket segments in AMER. Reporting directly into Revenue Operations leadership, youll ensure alignment, efficiency, and success within our rapidly scaling sales organization.

What youll do:
  • Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, territory alignment, and continuous process improvements across the sales teams.
  • Execute handson data analysis, including ad hoc reporting, pipeline generation insights, conversion rate analyses, and identifying industry or territory performance trends.
  • Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Clari, and Tableau to generate actionable business intelligence and reporting that informs decisionmaking at all levels.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Customer Success Operations, Renewals Management, Deal Desk, Finance, and Marketing to streamline operations and improve the effectiveness of sales processes

  • What youll need to succeed:
  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics roles, specifically focused on quotasetting, pipeline inspection, and data analysis.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce and Clari.
  • Background supporting Enterprise and Commercial sales teams, with comfort navigating strategic conversations and detailed execution.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, providing trusted partnership and support to senior sales leaders and frontline management.
  • Strong comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to rapidly evolving environments, thriving within a fastmoving SaaS organization.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
  • Availability to support teams during Central and Pacific time zones.
