Our culture of flexibility, trust, and continual learning means you will be recognized for your growth, and for the impact you make on our success. You will be surrounded by people who challenge, support, and inspire you to be the best version of yourself.

The Role

The Director of Partner Marketing – Americas will own the partner marketing strategy and execution for the region. This leader will work closely with sales, channel, alliances, and product marketing to drive partner pipeline, accelerate joint GTM efforts, and build a strong regional partner brand.

With a channel-first go-to-market model, our partners are core to our growth strategy. We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner Marketing to elevate our partner ecosystem across the Americas.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute the Americas partner marketing strategy aligned to regional growth objectives and partner business plans.
  • Segment and prioritize marketing programs by partner type (VARs, GSIs, Cloud Hyperscalers, Distributors).

Program Execution

  • Build and manage scalable marketing programs & campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue through and with partners.
  • Design and activate campaigns across digital, events, ABM, webinars, and content syndication.
  • Oversee MDF planning, approval, and ROI tracking.

Partner Enablement

  • Collaborate with the Partner Enablement and Sales teams to launch new campaigns, playbooks, and tools that improve partner self-sufficiency and productivity.
  • Promote use of the partner portal and co-marketing resources.

GTM Alignment

  • Work closely with Channel Sales, Regional Sales, and Product Marketing to build integrated campaigns and field-ready assets.
  • Partner with Global Alliances to support strategic cloud and technology partner GTM motions (AWS, Ping Identity, etc.).

Measurement & Optimization

  • Define and report KPIs (e.g., partner-sourced pipeline, deal registrations, campaign ROI, MDF utilization).
  • Continuously optimize programs based on performance data and partner feedback.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10+ years in B2B partner or channel marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise tech.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems (VARs, MSPs, distributors, GSIs, cloud marketplaces).
  • Proven success in building and scaling regional partner marketing programs.
  • Deep experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and field activation.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, channel, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Tableau).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
