About The Role

WEKA is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Manager with strong technical and communication skills, experience working in fastpaced environments, and a datadriven approach who can translate our technical edge into compelling and highimpact narratives, content, and sales tools.

Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll collaborate with leaders across engineering, product management, marketing, and sales to define and own technical GTM strategy, educate customers and enable the field with technical assets, drive technical competitive research, and represent WEKA’s technical leadership externally.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Define & Own Technical GTM Strategy Align closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Field groups to shape and execute WEKA’s technical GTM roadmap
• Craft Technical Assets Develop highimpact technical content including presentations, demos, videos, whitepapers, handson labs, battlecards, blog posts, and webinars illustrating WEKA’s technical differentiation, performance, scalability, and how that ultimately benefits customers across AI and HPC workloads at scale
• Enable the Field Create and deliver technical enablement (playbooks, training sessions) for sales, solutions engineers, and partners
• Drive Competitive & Market Insights Drive technical competitive and market research and contribute to product positioning; partner with marketing and sales to integrate insights into campaigns and enablement
• Represent WEKA Externally Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations at virtual and inperson events; support analyst relations and customer references; articulate WEKA’s differentiated capabilities and why it matters

• Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as product management, sales engineering or solution architecture with enterprise technologies including AIML, public clouds, storage systems, networking, databases, security, and file systems
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical marketing role authoring a deep portfolio of content
  • Deep understanding and passion for AI, cloud, and data storage technologies with a
  • customercentric mindset
  • Experience in developing gotomarket strategies, product positioning, and messaging for technical products
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to break down complex concepts into simple and clear terms to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Proven ability to align across leaders, earn trust from senior technical experts, and drive prioritization using data and measurable impact
  • History of excelling in fastpaced and dynamic environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
  • Located in North America with an ability to travel up to 25%
