What you will do:

  • Conduct resume review calls with clients to deliver personalized feedback and guidance
  • Communicate and coordinate with the writing and interviewing teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Manage all client communications, including updates, confirmations, and followups across email, phone, and messaging platforms
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from new client leads and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Deliver empathetic, solutionsfocused support while sharing best practices to maximize client success
    • What you need to succeed in this role:

      • Excellent English skills (C2 for both spoken and written)
      • Experience in customer success
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships simultaneously
      • Familiarity with resume formats and strong knowledge of ATS tools and workflows
      • Techsavvy and comfortable using tools like CRMs, email, and chat platforms
      • Proven ability to collaborate crossfunctionally, especially with writing and interviewing teams
      • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
      • Mature and responsible attitude
      • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
