The Sales Executive opportunity at BlueCat acts as a critical member of our Sales team. You connect existing customers, new logo(s) and our channel partners to make sure they are getting the most out of their experience with us. To support our growing operations in the Middle East, we need you, have you got what it takes!?
Summary of Responsibilities:
· Manage a strategic territory coverage and sales plan that encourages multiangle access into new and existing accounts
· Capable of hunting and sourcing pipeline HUNTING SOURCING YOUR OWN PIPELINE
· Capable of achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis
· Build and grow an ongoing pipeline of existing accounts
Travel across the MEA region
· Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
· Plan and manage both account and deal strategy. Identify, qualify, orchestrate, and close new business within existing accounts
· Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape, and technology heat map within entire account list
· Articulate the BlueCat value proposition to senior IT leaders. Effectively identify and quantify customer pains, highlight ROI and business value through a consultative sales approach
· Work within a team environment; manage internal and external resources to execute account and deal strategy and maximize sales efforts and success rate
· Establish & maintain strong and reference able relationships with our client base
· Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 4+ years of technology sales experience, with a track record of consistent overachievement against assigned quota and a high level of income attainment
Located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ability to initiate and execute on selfdefined business plan
Someone who takes the initiative, is highly driven and selfmotivated
Someone who can take feedback and constructive criticism to put it into action
Capable of travelling across the Midde East and gulf region(s)
Demonstrated success in strategic account selling
Experience using Salesforce to input data, track pipeline and forecasts, and utilise reports for analytical purposes
Strong business acumen. Polished, and articulate, comfortable selling & presenting to senior level executives. Strong negotiation and deal closing skills
Creative problem solver who can react quickly and multitask
