We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our EMEA team!

The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) includes:

  • Own and nurture the marketing lead funnel for the EMEA region, working to qualify prospects and develop campaigns to drive qualified leads to the Commercial Sales team;
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop potential clients and engage hot & warm inbound leads to generate sales-ready appointments and opportunities;
  • Interact with marketing prospects via telephone, email and chat;
  • Source and prospect outbound leads fitting SAI360’s target market (GRC, Ethics & Compliance learning);
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing marketing leads through creative follow-up, designed to increase customer interest in SAI360 solutions; 
  • Disseminate qualified leads to one of the Business Development Managers in the EMEA region;
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections;
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in Salesloft, to ensure efficient lead management;
  • Consistently achieve monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business;
  • Provide closed-loop feedback between Sales and Marketing to ensure continuous process optimisation.  

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Previous experience of B2B SaaS sales or lead generation experience and/or relevant sales internship experience;
  • Fluency in the German language is advantageous;
  • Strong passion for technology sales and hungry to achieve results; 
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and motivation to persevere through challenging customer calls;
  • Strong rapport building skills with the ability to identify customer pain points;
  • A desire to enhance your sales knowledge with a future opportunity of developing into a key sales executive within our business; 
  • Ability to work independently, you will be key player in generating leads across our mid-market and enterprise solutions for our EMEA Sales team;
  • Confident in your ability to generate and qualify suitable leads;
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong verbal communication skills;
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and/or similar CRM systems would be highly advantageous.
