Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Business Developer with a strong background in staffing and recruitment sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, including prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and account management. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals for our direct placement services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within midsize to large organizations
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Nurture inbound and marketinggenerated leads through the sales funnel
  • Present and promote HV Talent Group direct placement services to potential clients
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Maintain regular followup with prospects and clients to build longterm relationships
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts through excellent customer service and upselling
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Requirements

      • Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the staffing or recruitment agency industry
      • Proven success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales
      • Strong understanding of staffing industry trends and client pain points
      • Exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills
      • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and hit revenue targets
      • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
      • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, resultsdriven environment
