Job description

Labcorp is recruiting a DevOps IT Manager to lead our enterprisewide DevOps initiatives, foster innovation, and elevate the maturity of our software delivery pipelines. This leader will manage a highperforming DevOps team, drive the adoption of cuttingedge practices, and serve as the face of the DevOps function across Labcorp’s technology organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including Clevel executives.

As a people manager you are comfortable learning new things on the fly and helping your team learn unfamiliar systems and technologies. You make pragmatic technology decisions to balance scalability, speed to market, and longterm maintainability. You are datadriven and comfortable with agile development practices, rapid development cadences, and continuous deployment methodologies to deliver quick incremental value to customers. You understand that the best managers serve their teams, removing roadblocks and giving individual contributors autonomy and ownership. You can effectively partner with product management, technical leads, and stakeholders across the company to deliver impactful solutions.
