AU Student Management Systems Specialist (WFH)

Background

Join PeoplePartners in partnership with a leading company in the educationtraining industry as a Student Management Systems Specialist. If you have a knack for handling and maintaining highperforming Student Management Systems, this role is for you.

About the Role

This isn’t your average admin role. You’ll be the goto guru for Meshed software—making sure it’s used properly, data is clean, clients feel supported, and reports are humming. You’ll dive deep into student management systems and help education providers keep their wheels turning smoothly (and compliantly ). Your impact? You’ll be the quiet achiever behind the scenes ensuring that students get enrolled, progress is tracked, and providers meet all their regulatory obligations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer Meshed software like a pro—course creation, student records, enrollments, progress tracking, compliance.
  • Generate and analyze reports that help clients stay compliant and make datadriven decisions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and work with clients to solve problems (before they become headaches).
  • Train and support education providers on using Meshed effectively (we love proactive help!).
  • Assist in content creation—think guides, howto videos, FAQs.
  • Stay across compliance needs in the VET and Higher Ed space.

          • You’ve worked in education, RTOs, or with Aussie companies—so you get the lingo and the vibe.
          • You’re familiar with CRICOS, TEQSA or ASQA (or at least curious to learn).
          • You’ve used Student Management Systems or LMS platforms, and ideally even created content or howto guides before.
          • You’ve played a role that required accuracy, structure, and people skills —bonus if you’ve juggled all three!
